The prices shown above are the 'minimum' prices and are for standard builds and DO NOT INCLUDE CARPET CLEANING. Click here to check our carpet cleaning rates. Additional charges may apply for extra spaces found and can be quoted by the operator on site 'before' we commence any work.

* We will do our best to make sure your appliances are cleaned to a high standard. However, if they have not been cleaned properly in the past we will not be held liable for ingrained dirt/burnt grease that cannot be shifted using chemicals.

** Freezers must be defrosted in advance. As the timescales for defrosting will not enable us to  clean it thoroughly.

***We can only clean underneath the beds if a) there is space underneath the beds and b) all items from underneath the bed are removed before our arrival.

We will NOT move any electrical/electronic goods and items above 20Kg in weight. So please do not expect us to pull out your TV set, washing machine, fridge or dishwasher, heavy bed/wardrobe etc. and clean behind it. This is due to limitations applied by the insurers. However, if you move it for us we shall be more than happy to clean it.
