were impressed with the standard of
service given to us from the moment we enquired
about the cost of a pre-tenancy clean with
Cleaning Guru. We had been disappointed with a
previous cleaning contractor and needed to be

We use Hot Water Extraction system (also called “Deep
Cleaning”). This is done by our industrial machines and they
work by forcing hot water deep into the fibres of the carpet.
The hot water is combined with a
Natural,
non toxic,
Carpet/Fabric
treatment agent to increase the cleaning power. The cleaning
tool attached to the machine has two jets that push hot water
into the carpet at high speed. The same tool also has a wide
suction duct behind the water jets. As the hot water is jetted
into the carpet, the combination of the force and the heat of
the water loosens the ground-in dirt, which is then immediately
sucked away by the vacuuming action of the machine thus causing
the water to penetrate and rotate through the carpet or fabric
fibres. This is a continuous action where clean hot water is
pushed in and dirty water sucked out. The suction being
extremely powerful, almost 90-95% of the water used is sucked
out leaving carpets slightly damp. They usually dry in about 2-3
hours.
The hot water
extraction machines we use are of industrial standards and are
quite large. This type of cleaning is recommended by most
carpet manufacturers as it is the only really effective
method of removing ingrained dirt and killing bacteria. Our mobile
carpet cleaning
units are out
and about offering
